Taking certain painkillers early in pregnancy could harm your baby, a new study has found. The study shows that women who take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as < aspirin and ibuprofen , early in pregnancy may be more likely to give birth to a baby with congenital defects.
