Today, most of the people are experiencing back pain. The reasons for getting problem are several. However, yoga for back pain may be beneficial as it comprises of physical movements, but it may also put forth benefits through its effects on mental focus. Your back is one of the most fundamental parts of your body and is a sensitive part with a mass of nerves, bones, tendons, and muscles.
It supports the trunks, guards the spinal cord and the spinal nerves. Thus any strain to this is painful. Some times, this back pain leads to paralysis or disability. Back pain is work related and it affects both men and women of all age groups.
