Sure, celebrities have armies of people helping them attain those physiques we all envy. But why not take inspiration from those A-listers’ perfectly sculpted bodies? We made a list of the five celebrity body parts we covet most and turned to Joe Masiello and Gabe Valencia, founders of Focus Integrated Fitness (their client roster has included the likes of BeyoncĂ© Knowles and New York’s high society), for tips on how to get them.

Some of her bootyliciousness may be genetic, but having a backside that toned takes hard work too. “Before a shoot or movie, [many stars] will go on a three-week program with caloric restriction and two to four hours of exercise each day, but that’s not sustainable,” Gabe explains. This sculpting and lifting routine is a bit more realistic.
First, lean your back, neck and head against a balance ball and plant your feet flat in front of you. Squeeze your butt and lift your hips so your body forms a flat table. For added resistance, rest a body bar on your hips.
